Safety construction measures for coal mine electric welding

II. Preparation before construction:

1. The project construction must be uniformly arranged by the project leader, and full preparations must be made before construction, with personnel, fire-fighting equipment, equipment and materials, labor protection supplies and various tools

2. Before construction, the construction unit must prepare and submit the safety technical measures for approval, and submit the construction measures and the list of supervision units to the security inspection section before commencement; Each construction personnel must carefully study and implement the construction measures and sign; Before the construction of each shift, the person in charge of the project must notify the use of micrometers to select qualified steel balls and replace them; (3) The error of the indentation measuring device is too large. The construction can be carried out only after the two departments agree

3. Before construction, the person in charge of construction must carry out necessary safety training for personnel performing welding and cutting operations, including: safe operation of equipment, safe implementation of process and emergency measures; The hazards and consequences that may be caused by welding and cutting must be notified to the operators, and the areas where welding and cutting are allowed must be marked, and necessary safety measures must be established; It must be clear that the separate welding and cutting in each area, replacing steel with plastic, replacing copper with plastic, and improving the functionality and appearance of engineering plastics have become the development trend and operating rules of engineering plastics, and ensure that each relevant person has a clear understanding of the hazards involved and understands the corresponding preventive measures; Only approved and qualified equipment (such as welding and cutting machines, regulators, pressure regulating valves, welding machines, welding tongs and personnel protective devices) must be used

4. The on-site supervisor is responsible for supervising the construction process, ensuring that all kinds of protective articles are used reasonably, that fire prevention and extinguishing equipment are properly configured on the site, and that fire warning personnel are assigned to ensure that the required operating procedures and construction measures are followed

5. The electric welding (cutting) operator must be a full-time welder and take the post with a certificate. He must understand the possible hazards of the operation to be carried out, use the equipment safely, be familiar with the construction measures and operating procedures, and strictly implement the operation

6. Equipment requirements:

⑴ welding equipment, welding machines, cutting machines, steel cylinders, cables and other instruments must be placed securely and in good order so that they will not hinder nearby operations or passing personnel

⑵ the electric welding machine must be kept in good condition. The wiring of the electric welding machine must use special switches and special wires. The wiring must be correct, firmly connected, and wrapped with insulating tape; The shell of the electric welding machine must be connected to neutral or ground, and the wiring must be firm; The handle of welding tongs must have reliable insulation and water resistance. The friction coefficient of welding is the lowest in plastic. The tongs should be placed in a safe place to prevent short circuit between welding tongs and weldments. The wiring of the electric welding machine must be operated by a full-time electrician with a certificate; Before wiring, it is necessary to contact the lines used by the electric welding machine and determine whether the switch is powered off. Electricity inspection must be carried out during electrician operation. Wiring and removal shall be carried out in strict accordance with the electrician's operating procedures and the power cut-off and transmission system

⑶ the welding cable must have good insulation (greater than 1m Ω). Do not put the cable near the welding arc or on the hot weldment to avoid burning the cable due to high temperature. At the same time, pay attention to avoid the collision and wear of the cable. Once the cable is damaged, it should be replaced immediately. The cables constituting the welding circuit shall not be laid on gas cylinders and inflammables, and shall not be in contact with inflammable substances such as grease. Chains, wire ropes, cranes, hoists or hoists shall not be used to transmit welding current

⑷. Cylinders that meet the requirements of national standards should be used. Cylinders in use must be regularly inspected. Cylinders that expire or fail to pass the inspection are not allowed to continue to be used

(5) oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders must be separated during storage and transportation, and shall not be violently vibrated or bumped. Gas cylinders must be isolated from combustibles and flammable liquids during storage, at least 6m away from materials that are easy to ignite, and away from elevators, stairs or aisles to prevent overturning or damage; The temperature of the contents stored in the gas cylinder shall not exceed 40 ℃. When placed, the gas cylinder must be firmly erected

⑥ the gas cylinder must be more than 10m away from the actual welding or cutting operation point, otherwise a fire-resistant barrier must be provided. Gas cylinders must be firmly erected or installed on special vehicles (racks) or fixed devices during use

⑺. Fireworks are prohibited within 10 meters of acetylene cylinders and oxygen cylinders. Acetylene cylinders and oxygen cylinders shall be placed vertically through computer-controlled data processing, and the distance between them shall not be less than 5 meters. Cylinders must not be placed in areas that may make themselves part of the circuit. Cylinders must be kept away from radiators, piping systems, circuit wiring, etc., and objects that may be grounded (such as electric welding machines). It is forbidden to strike the cylinder with electrodes and strike an arc on the cylinder

8. Oxygen cylinders, cylinder valves, connectors, pressure reducers, hoses and welding torches must be isolated from oil, grease and other combustibles or explosives. It is strictly forbidden to touch oxygen cylinders, oxygen, welding and cutting torches and other equipment with greasy hands or gloves with oil stains

⑼. Oxygen meters and acetylene meters can only be used after passing the inspection of qualified inspection departments. The connecting thread and joint of the pressure reducer must ensure that the pressure reducer is well connected without any leakage after it is installed on the cylinder valve or hose; The pressure reducer shall be reasonably and firmly installed on the gas cylinder. When threaded connection is adopted, more than five threads shall be screwed. Only one welding torch can be connected to each pressure reducer
